- Admitted to the bar in 2026. Law degree, Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (2022–2025), with a specialisation certificate in Criminal Law, awarded with two votes of distinction. Diploma in Advanced Procedural Law and Criminal Litigation, and a specialisation course on violations of children’s and adolescents’ rights in the criminal and family justice systems. Bachelor of Social Sciences with majors in Law and Chilean History.
- EXPERIENCE
- Assistant lawyer in the criminal practice of the UC Legal Clinic, handling guardianships for persons not criminally liable and attending criminal hearings. Trainee at the Supreme Court and Constitutional Court Unit of the Public Criminal Defender’s Office, and criminal-law intern at the Protection, Legislation and Justice Unit of the National Human Rights Institute. Previously a criminal-law intern at Kehr Abuid Abogados, an intern at the Management Control Unit of the State Defence Council, and a law clerk in criminal and civil matters.
